TapSmart^TM EZsync^TM is a handy utility for the automated scheduling and unattended start of a HotSync® operation.  You can schedule a HotSync® operation to occur at a specific time of the day, or on a continuous basis that occur at specified time intervals and ranges.  You can also configure your Palm OS® device to perform a HotSync® operation when placed in the cradle.

Use TapSmart^TM EZsync^TM to better manage your busy schedule to always keep your Palm up to date and information backed up.  For example, you can set a recurring HotSync® operation to occur every day at 4:50 p.m. just before you leave the office.

TapSmart^TM EZsync^TM has flexible scheduling options.  One option is to configure a scheduled HotSync® operation; you can specify it to occur on a recurring basis over a weekly schedule at specific times, or a one time occurrence at a specified future time.  Another option is to specify a Continuous HotSync® operation – that is, one that occurs at a specific interval, say every 30 minutes, over an optional weekly schedule.  Yet a third is to perform HotSync® operation each time the PDA is placed in the cradle.  The EZsync^TM main screen easily lets you see at a glance when the next HotSync® operation is scheduled and any dependencies on it.

Each HotSync® operation can be individually specified to be either a local or remote HotSync® operation.  A local HotSync® operation is generally done over the USB cable, and a remote HotSync® operation is generally done over a network or dial-up.

TapSmart^TM EZsync^TM works on any Palm OS® 4.0 or 5.0 handheld.
