When contacting MobilityWare please include the name of the application and the type of device it is running on along with a description of the problem, question, or suggestion.

Common Problems:

The most common problem with any of our iPhone applications is that when they are started they run for a couple of seconds and then terminate. Often this is caused by a problem in your device's firmware that can be corrected by upgrading to the latest firmware. You may also resolve this problem by restarting your device or reinstalling the application. This Apple support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 details the restart and the application reinstall process. If you still have problems running one of our applications after restarting your device and reinstalling the application then please contact us for further help.
