Making Things Easier

We’re always looking to make things better. One area we focused on recently was Customer Service. Rather than making our users fire off an email and looking for our reply, we’ve reduced the time necessary to get your answers.

First, we have implemented a collection of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) dedicated to assisting our users with commonly-asked questions. Each question includes an answer that has been carefully put together by our Support team and is updated to reflect any changes.

Currently, we have compiled answers for common questions about our iPhone/iPad apps, our Android Market apps, and our Amazon Appstore apps. Just click on the question to see the answer.

We hope these answers address many of your questions and concerns. The next time you have a question about an app, check out our FAQs. We update them quite frequently and chances are, we may have already answered your question.

While the FAQs are accessible at any time, we've added our own Search Bar feature at the top of every page that you can use to easily search for answers to your questions about our company and apps.

Our search bar also searches the FAQ questions, so for example, if you had a question about Winning Deals, you could check the available FAQs or just search for "Winning Deals" in the Search Bar.
