What is it?
ColorArt Deluxe is a subscription that gets you access to all pictures and palettes without any advertisements. You also get new pictures and palettes as they are released.
How long is a subscription?
You can subscribe to ColorArt Deluxe for a term of one week, one month, or one year. Subscriptions renew automatically near the end of the current term. Renewals are for the same term at its normal price.
Can I stop a subscription?
Yes. You can stop a subscription by turning off automatic renewal in the Settings app. See How do I stop or change my subscription below.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New subscribers can choose a one-week free trial subscription. This subscription renews automatically at its normal price after the first week.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial lets you use ColorArt Deluxe for one week at no cost. At the end of the week, it will renew at the normal weekly subscription price.
If you don’t like it, you can end your subscription by turning off automatic renewal in the Settings app. To avoid the first renewal charge, you must turn off automatic renewal at least one day before the free trial period ends. See How do I stop or change my subscription below.
How can I use ColorArt Deluxe on a second device without paying again?
Open ColorArt on your second device. On the Main Menu, tap Settings. Then tap Restore. You must use the same Apple ID you used when purchasing ColorArt Deluxe on your first device. The expiration date and term of your subscription will not change.
I bought ColorArt Deluxe. Why is it asking me to subscribe again?
You subscription may have lapsed. If you are currently subscribed, you should open ColorArt and tap on Settings, then tap Restore. If your subscription has expired, you must renew your subscription to keep using ColorArt Deluxe. To do so, open ColorArt, tap on Settings, then tap on Get or Renew Deluxe. Choose your term and proceed with your purchase. Your new term will start immediately.

Why did I get charged again?
ColorArt Deluxe is a subscription. It renews automatically every week, month or year. Your iTunes account is charged for each renewal about a day before a term ends.
You can change your term or stop automatic renewal using the Settings app. Follow the steps under How do I stop or change my subscription.
How do I stop or change my subscription?
You manage subscriptions with the Settings app.
- Open the Settings app, then tap on App & iTunes Stores.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to sign in.
- Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
- Look for the ColorArt Deluxe subscription and tap on it.
Look under Your Subscription to see your current term and expiration date.
To change your subscription term, choose a new term under Renewal Options.
To stop your subscription, turn off Automatic Renewal under Renewal Options. To avoid being billed for another term, you must turn off automatic renewal at least one day before the end of the current term.
